Do you have Internet connections?
Wireless Internet is available in all buildings at Såstaholm, including conference rooms and hotel accommodation. There is also a guest computer with a wired Internet connection and a printer. Guests wishing to access the Internet from their own computers can buy vouchers for SEK 120 that provide 24 hours of Internet access. Wireless Internet connection is available free of charge for business rooms and for all conference guests.

What facilities are available in the rooms?
All rooms have:
- TV
- Telephone
- Wireless Internet
- Room service
- Iron and ironing board
- Hairdryer

Are there minibars in the hotel rooms?
No, but you are invited to order drinks and snacks from the Theatre Bar in the main building.

Are non-smoking rooms available?
All guest accommodation and all other rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.

Do you take bookings from private visitors?
Of course! You can book hotel rooms, weekend packages, dinner parties, functions and much else besides. We always recommend that you book in advance on +46 (0)8-510 194 00. We look forward to seeing you!

What are the times for checking in and out?
Check-in can be guaranteed from 14.00. Latest check-out on weekdays is 10.00, and 12.00 at weekends.

Is there an exercise track?
We have an electrically-lit 2.3 km exercise track that starts behind the main building. There is also a circular walk of about 1 kilometre.

Is there a gym?
Yes, we have a fairly small exercise room with exercise bikes, treadmills and free weights. The machines were installed in 2007.

Can you cater for my special dietary requirements?
Allergies, religious grounds, pregnancy? There can be many reasons for requiring special food. Just let us know when you make your booking and you can leave everything to us.

Do you have dog-friendly rooms?
You can of course bring your dog when you stay with us - just let us know when you make your booking

I am allergic to down. Do you have down-free pillows?
We have down- and dust-free rooms. Just let us know that you want a hypoallergenic room when you make your booking

Access for disabled guests
We have several dining halls where guests who use walking frames, crutches or wheelchairs can move around freely. Inform us of your needs and we will tell you which dining hall is most suitable for your group.
